Never Trust A Squirrel

Never Trust A Squirrel

William the guinea pig is bored. He sits in his hutch watching a beetle playing in the grass, and wishing he had somebody more interesting to play with, when, plop! out of the nut-trees drops a fine grey squirrel. "Come out to the woods to play!" she invites him. But William soon discovers that guinea pigs aren't so well suited to life in the woods-and that squirrels don't make the most reliable friends.

This is an exciting story for 3 - 6 yr olds, beautifully illustrated by Catherine Walters
